These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 277bit platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and account features. By registering and using 277bit, you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 277bit platform at 277bit.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an existing account, you must contact support to close it. Continuing to use the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on the 277bit Platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, virtual sports), live dealer casino games, online slot games, Plinko, all promotional and bonus offers, and all payment and account-management services.
Amendments
277bit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 277bit will notify registered players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the 277bit Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility before registering. 277bit reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 277bit uses KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to verify player age. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned where possible, and any winnings generated will be voided.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into agreements of this nature.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have placed on your own 277bit account or one imposed through a third-party responsible gaming scheme to which 277bit is subscribed. Attempting to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the Platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, or acting as an agent for another person in placing bets or making deposits and withdrawals, is prohibited.
- Compliance With Local Law: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 277bit makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Section 3
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 277bit services, you must create a single registered account. Registration is free. You may only hold one active account at any time. The following rules govern the registration process and the ongoing security of your 277bit account.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- The mobile number you register must be active and in your sole possession. It will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and platform communications.
- You must provide a valid email address. 277bit will use this address to send account-related communications, bonus notifications, and important policy updates.
- You must not register using a pseudonym, alias, or any name other than your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification documents.
- Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 277bit login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- Password Security: Choose a strong, unique password for your 277bit account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites. 277bit recommends using a password manager to generate and store secure credentials.
- Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 277bit support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 277bit is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
- Account Non-Transferability: Your 277bit account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted to another person. Any attempt to transfer an account is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.
- Device Security: Ensure that any device used to access your 277bit account is adequately protected with a screen lock or password. Do not access your account from shared or public devices. Always log out after each session when using a shared device.
KYC Verification
277bit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering best practices. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. 277bit may request KYC documents at any point during a player's account lifetime, including at deposit stage for high-value transactions. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC reviews are completed within four hours of document submission during standard operating hours (09:00–midnight BST, UTC+6).
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 277bit Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). There are no currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.
Deposits
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned via the originating payment method.
- Accepted Payment Methods: 277bit accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed on the deposit page within My Account.
- Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your 277bit account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution.
- Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash number, bank account, or card) that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and will be returned. Third-party deposits may be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
- KYC Requirement: A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit documents when a withdrawal request is made.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts submitted before 22:00 BST (UTC+6) are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed the following business day. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
- Return to Original Method: Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, 277bit will contact the player to agree an alternative withdrawal route.
- Right to Withhold: 277bit reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed on hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
277bit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
General Bonus Terms
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms, which must be reviewed and accepted before the bonus is activated.
- Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain in your account at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your 277bit account at any given time unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly state otherwise. Activating a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards the fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, sports betting, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
- Bonus Abuse: 277bit actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and any other behaviour that 277bit reasonably determines is designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform's games and markets. Bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
- Withdrawal of Pending Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from the bonus may be forfeited. Your real-money balance (i.e., funds deposited that are not derived from bonus activity) will remain available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal terms.
Section 6
Gameplay & Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the 277bit Platform. Product-specific rules (for example, specific cricket betting market rules or slot game pay-table information) are provided within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 277bit. 277bit reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed following technical errors, odds or price feed errors, or bets that would result in a disproportionate liability to the Platform.
- Palpable Errors: In the event that a bet is placed or accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a human or technical error (a "palpable error"), 277bit reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. 277bit will notify the player of any voided bet and the reason for the void. Winnings generated from palpable error bets will not be paid out.
- Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round in a slot, live casino, or Plinko session, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server, which records all game states. The result recorded server-side is final. 277bit is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted connectivity on the player's end.
- Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on the 277bit Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual/digital games, or by real physical action (dealing, spinning, rolling) for live dealer games. Game results are final once confirmed by the relevant game engine or live dealer studio system. No retrospective claim to alter a confirmed result will be considered.
- Cricket & Sports Betting: Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international cricket, and other sporting events — are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result or the settlement of a market, the decision of 277bit's trading team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 10.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 277bit Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits. Using a payment account that does not belong to you. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gameplay.
- Money Laundering: Using the 277bit Platform as a mechanism to launder funds derived from criminal activity. 277bit applies internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) controls, including transaction monitoring and KYC verification, and will report suspicious activity where legally required to do so.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform's games or betting markets. All gameplay activity must be conducted by a human player in real time.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games and match-fixing in sports betting markets.
- Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured bonus offers that result in outcomes not intended by 277bit. Players are required to report any such errors to support immediately.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 277bit account for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion, reclaiming a welcome bonus, or evading a previous account suspension.
- Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, personal information, or payment credentials. Accessing, or attempting to access, another player's 277bit account without their authorisation.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player when under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the Platform by sharing account credentials with a person under 18.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Either party — the player or 277bit — may initiate the closure of a 277bit account. The following terms govern account closure and suspension in both voluntary and involuntary scenarios.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your 277bit account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on the Platform or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any available real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming action — for example, due to concerns about problem gambling — are encouraged to request permanent self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Suspension or Closure by 277bit
277bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 277bit reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player or their payment provider.
- 277bit is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.
- The account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, 277bit will attempt to contact the registered player by email and SMS. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 277bit's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
277bit shall not be liable under any circumstances for the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of stored data.
- Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
- Losses arising from interrupted or unavailable Platform access due to maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from the player's reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional content.
- Losses arising from the player's failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling activity.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 277bit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
Platform Availability
277bit aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. Emergency maintenance or outages resulting from technical failures, third-party service provider issues, or external events are not within 277bit's control. 277bit shall not be liable for losses — including unsettled bets or incomplete game rounds — that arise directly from planned or unplanned Platform downtime, provided that any open bet stakes or interrupted game round wagers are refunded to the player's account upon Platform restoration.
Section 10
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 277bit's operating entity is incorporated, as an offshore gaming platform. 277bit does not make any representation that these Terms & Conditions comply with the domestic laws of Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute between a player and 277bit, the following resolution process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the dispute directly with the 277bit support team via live chat on the Platform or by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the date and time it occurred, and any relevant account or transaction reference numbers. The support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support resolution, you may request that the matter be escalated to the 277bit compliance team by sending a written escalation request to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute Escalation". The compliance team will review the dispute and issue a written determination within 14 business days.
- Step 3 — Final Decision: The written determination issued by the 277bit compliance team following escalation constitutes 277bit's final position on the matter. Where a player remains dissatisfied following the final determination, the player may seek independent legal or regulatory advice in their own jurisdiction. 277bit's final determination does not prejudice any rights available to the player under the laws of their jurisdiction.
All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Disputed amounts remain frozen in the player's account during the resolution process and will not be available for wagering or withdrawal until the dispute is resolved.
